Coastal Walk (Friday)
Friday’s forecast curtailed plans for a long coastal walk and replaced it with a short walk into the leafy woodland of Peak Hill. A steep climb was rewarded with stunning views of the coastline – a reminder of how fortunate we are to be situated in such surroundings. Thursday was Year 10’s turn to visit London. Ms Hodgetts, Mrs Wrigley, Ms Marcote and Mr Dench escorted day students and borders alike to replicate Monday’s itinerary. Tuesday morning saw ‘The Alternative Sports Day’ organised by Mr Huntley.
