Thursday was Year 10’s turn to visit London. Ms Hodgetts, Mrs Wrigley, Ms Marcote and Mr Dench escorted day students and borders alike to replicate Monday’s itinerary. Despite the heat, we had a wonderful time and soaked up the sights and sounds of the Big Smoke.

Monday kicked off with a day trip to London for KS3 with Mr Guppy, Ms Morison, Mr Huntley and Mr Logan commandeering the 07.52 train to London Waterloo with a large group of very excited children! A beautiful sunny day saw the boarders take full advantage of the weather. The majority of the group went to the beach for the day to sunbathe and paddle in the sea. Back at school the pool was opened up for a fun swim.Read More

On Saturday the students travelled to Exeter city centre on the public bus for shopping and a picnic lunch. In Exeter the students were shown where they were allowed to go and then went off for some free time in groups. Pizza was top of the agenda!
